You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various roles and levels. Responsibilities
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, to screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. You’ll create and post job advertisements that attract qualified applicants and maintain a candidate database for future needs. You’ll analyze recruitment performance using tracking tools and reports, optimizing sourcing strategies for better conversion. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in hiring, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking
Conduct initial screening through phone or video calls
Collaborate with the creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and content.
Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics
Assist in employee documentation and onboarding process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
